Deep breath in. Deep breath out. Deep breath in…..and deep breath out. Breathe… breathe…. breathe.

Whoa! Slow down there, Turbo. I know what you’re thinking. We’re definitely not talking about Lamaze class! Here at Relish, we just want to help you get down the aisle of wedded bliss. We’re sure that your friends and family have already taken it upon themselves to name your first 10 children 30 seconds after you announced your engagement so we don’t want to add to that pressure!

MD back again with Relish’s fourth installment in how to manage your wedding stress.
Aside from assisting you in labor and delivery, deep breathing can help to lower your stress level. Taking deep breaths pumps oxygen throughout your entire body which aids in relieving muscle tension, reducing fatigue, increasing brain activity, and dropping anxiety.

The upside to this stress reliving technique is that it can be done anywhere at any time!

Is your future mom-in-law complaining that the color you want her to wear makes her look fat?

Has your maid-of-honor suddenly announced that she’s going to be trying the “Cookie Diet” in order to fit into her dress?
Is your future husband trying to convince you that tickets to this year’s Super Bowl would be a better honeymoon than Cancun?
Just stop what you’re doing, sit down, take 10 deep breaths…and remember that, at the very least, your Relish invitations will look totally fab!
